tools marketplace, announced the appointment of Edward Geise as President
and CEO. Geise brings more than 25 years of experience with
senior management positions with major corporations as well as with
entrepreneurial endeavors. Geise will spearhead Lexient's aggressive
plans for growth and expansion in the software development and testing
tools markets.

Geise, who also joins Lexient's Board of Directors, will guide

to secure capital funding, build a sales and marketing organization,

Officer, establishing the foundation for an experienced development
team to drive creation of a ground-breaking software development
and testing tool.

Geise brings a wealth of management experience in
start-up and publicly held companies. He most recently was an
investor and Senior Vice President at Timecruiser, an Internet start-up
in the education market. He was the President and Founder of Entersoft
Corp. Corporation, a firm he grew from pre-revenue to the largest
middleware provider in the world, (at the time $20 Million annually)
in 3 years, and a partner in Bedminster Group, a technology consulting
firm engaged in assisting fast growth high technology firms. Prior
to that, Geise was responsible for directing the sales activity at
IMC, a company that in 3 years he built into the largest seller of
Tuxedo in the world ($25 Million annually), with a commanding market
share in the open transactional messaging marketplace. Geise was Vice
President for IMNET Inc., a company engaged in the manufacture and
distribution of computer imaging equipment which he took from pre-revenues
to $32 Million in annual sales. He has held strategic positions with
Cap Gemini America, a leading international computer software consulting
firm and several computer hardware manufacturers.
