| Edward Geise, President and Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Geise has over twenty-five years experience in business
having held senior management positions with major corporations
as well as with entrepreneurial endeavors. Mr. Geise
has been involved with strategic operations in a broad
range of business fields. He is an investor and was
Senior Vice President at Timecruiser, an Internet start-up
in the education market. He was the President and Co-Founder
of Entersoft Systems Corporation, and a partner in Bedminster
Group, a technology consulting firm engaged in assisting
fast growth high technology firms. Prior to that, Edward
was responsible for directing the sales activity at
IMC, a company that grew to a commanding market share
in the open transactional messaging marketplace. Mr.
Geise was VP for IMNET Inc., a company engaged in the
manufacture and distribution of computer imaging equipment.
Edward has held strategic positions with Cap Gemini
America, a leading international computer software consulting
firm and several computer hardware manufacturers.
Mr. Geise holds a MBA degree in Marketing
from University of Northern Illinois and a BA degree in economics
from Yankton College.
Mike Dershowitz, Founder
and Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Dershowitz has served as a thought leader in technology
organizations for a number of years. With McMaster-Carr
Supply Company, the 4th largest US distributor of industrial
supplies, Mr. Dershowitz directed large teams on several
large-scale systems development projects. A pioneer in using
technology to solve work-flow problems, he generated significant
operational savings from the solutions he implemented. While
at Synygy, Mr. Dershowitz was additionally responsible for
client relationship development. He has designed shipment
tracking systems, software defect reporting systems, and
financial systems, completing all of these projects on time
and on-budget. Specifically, he designed the system for and
assisted in the management of the Y2K effort for McMaster-Carr.
Mr. Dershowitz has a BA in International
Affairs from George Washington University in Washington,
D.C.
Todd Green, VP Sales and
Marketing
Mr. Green has held a number of Sales and Marketing leadership
roles in a variety of entrepreneurial organizations over the
last 15 years. Prior to GovXcel's acquisition in 2002, Mr.
Green was the Director of Marketing & Inside Sales, in
charge of achieving and capitalizing on GovXcel's nearly 95%
market share of back office automation systems sold to local
governments in NJ and building similar success in nearby states.
Mr. Green participated in the Internet boom years as a founder
of several startups, including Baby's 1st Web Page, UPNet.net,
and CloseAction.com. Mr. Green's other post-MBA success
was as the marketing leader with EnSys, where he introduced
a dozen products to the on-site hazardous waste test kit market,
and went public in 1993.
Mr. Green has also been a software
development consultant to Sony, IBM,
and other well-known development organizations.
Mr. Green holds an MBA degree in
Marketing from Vanderbilt University,
and a BS degree in Astronomy/Physics
from Haverford College.
